  • If you are not satisfied with your new Abbey Carpet within 60 days after installation by a Conklin Bros. / Abbey Carpet Installer, we will change it!

    These guidelines apply:

    • Product selected is covered  under the Abbey replacement guarantee. Ask your sales associate for details.
    • Improper installation, damage, and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
    • Replacement flooring must be from the same manufacturer.
    • Replacement flooring must be of equal value from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
    • The replacement product cannot be the same style and color as the original purchase.
    • Replacement quantity must equal the original quantity purchased.
    • The original product purchased must be installed by a Conklin Bros. / Abbey Carpet installer.
    • This guarantee may only be used one time.
    • This guarantee may only be used by the original purchaser.
    • Freight and Labor are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • If you are unhappy with your new hard surface flooring within 60 days after installation by a Conklin Bros. / Abbey Carpet installer, we will replace it FREE, including labor!

    These guidelines apply:

    • Product selected is approved under the Abbey replacement guarantee. See your sales associate for details.
    • Improper installation, damage, and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
    • Replacement flooring must be the same flooring product from the same manufacturer. For example, if the original purchase is a vinyl product it must be replaced with another vinyl product from the same manufacturer.
    • Replacement flooring must be of equal value from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
    • The replacement product cannot be the same style and color as the original purchase.

    • The original product purchased must be installed by a Conklin Bros. / Abbey Carpet installer.
    • This guarantee may only be used one time per flooring category purchase.

  • Carpet

    Conklin Bros. warrants that your carpet has undergone manufacturers testing and is marketable, meeting specifications in yarn content set by Conklin Bros., Inc. and mill standards. Said carpet is guaranteed to be free of defects, streaks, holes, discolorations and yarn flaws which constitute a highly noticeable appearance. If carpet is of defective quality, Conklin Bros., Inc. will replace said carpet or make an adjustment on carpet price at customer's choice. Defective carpet must be inspected by a qualified company representative and/or manufacturers representative before replacement or adjustment is made. Conklin Bros., Inc. Guarantee is based on proper care and maintenance of your carpet and professional cleaning at least once every twelve months.


    Cushion Guarantee

    All Conklin Bros. carpet cushion is unconditionally guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and to provide satisfactory service for the life of the carpet under which it has been installed. If found, after an examination by a qualified Conklin Bros. representative, that Conklin Bros. cushion has not provided satisfactory service, Conklin Bros. will replace it at no charge.


    Carpet Installation Guarantee

    Conklin Bros. guarantees the installation of your carpet against defects and workmanship for the life of the carpet. This guarantee applies to owner occupied residential use only, is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Conklin Bros. guarantees that your carpet will be installed by competent, experienced installers. Installation will comply with strict accordance to manufacturers recommended installation procedures. Carpet will be installed over tackless strip wall to wall unless otherwise specified. Conklin Bros. guarantees to adjust or restretch your carpet without cost, to eliminate any ripples or wrinkles that may appear under normal conditions. Specifically excluded are glue down installation, commercial installations, rental properties, damaged and/or worn carpeting. Written guarantees can only be in effect if the sales invoice and contracts are paid in full and do not pertain to discontinued or closeout merchandise or materials bought on an as is basis.

    • Limit 1 restretch per room for the life of the installation. 
    • Furniture moving is the responsibility of the consumer.


    Vinyl Installation Guarantee

    Conklin Bros. guarantees the installation of your sheet vinyl flooring against defects and workmanship for a period of 2 years. Conklin Bros. guarantees that your vinyl will be installed by competent, experienced installers. Installation will comply with strict accordance to manufacturers recommended installation procedures. This guarantee applies to owner occupied residential use only, is limited to the original purchaser, and is non-transferrable.


    Hardwood, Tile, and Laminate Installation Guarantee

    Conklin Bros. guarantees the installation of your hardwood, tile, and laminate flooring against defects and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Conklin Bros. guarantees that your flooring will be installed by competent, experienced installers. Installation will comply with strict accordance to manufacturers recommended installation procedures. This guarantee applies to owner occupied residential use only, is limited to the original purchaser, and is non-transferrable.

  • We hearby guarantee, for a period of one (1) year from date of project acceptance, the flooring work against all defects of material and workmanship.

    We agree to repair or replace, to the satisfaction of the Architect and/or Owner, any or all such work that may prove defective in workmanship and/or materials within that period, ordinary wear and tear and usual abuse or neglect excepted, together with any other work which may be damaged or displaced in so doing.

    In the event of our failure to comply with the above mentioned conditions within thirty (30) days after being notified in writing, we do hereby authorize the Owner to proceed to have the defects repaired and made good at our expense, and will pay the costs and charges thereof.
