Residential Carpet Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your new Abbey Carpet within 60 days after installation by an Conklin Bros. / Abbey Carpet Installer, we will change it!

These guidelines apply:
	Improper installation, damage, and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturers warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
	Replacement flooring must be from the same manufacturer.
	Replacement flooring must be of equal value from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
	The replacement product cannot be the same style and color as the original purchase.
	Replacement quantity must equal the original quantity purchased.
	The original product purchased must be installed by an Conklin Bros. / Abbey Carpet installer.
	This guarantee may only be used one time.
	This guarantee may only be used by the original purchaser.
